Housing Fair in Oulu 2025

The Housing Fair will take place in Oulu from July 18 to August 17, 2025. The fair area, Hartaanselänranta, is located along the shores of Hartaanselkä in the Oulujoki river delta. It is being developed into a high-quality, sustainable urban environment that fosters a sense of community.

The goal is to make the fair area a popular visitor destination, a prime example of quality urban living, and a source of pride for the people of Oulu. The Housing Fair in Oulu is organized in collaboration with the City of Oulu.
