The Housing Fair in Lempäälä 2026

The Housing Fair will be held in Saikka, Lempäälä, from 10 July to 9 August 2026. The municipality of Lempäälä is a vibrant and developing municipality, where people dare to make bold decisions for a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment.

A modern, compact urban residential area will be built in the Saikka area of ​​Lempäälä, with modern, sustainable housing at its core. In the future, the Saikka area will have approximately 350 residents. The Saikantalo building, which will house a primary school and a daycare center, will also be built in the area.
