At the Housing Fair in Oulu, the official partner sites complement the main exhibition homes. In Oulu, these partner sites are primarily intended for professionals. Visits to partner sites require pre-registration. More information will be provided soon.

Kotikatu365

The Kotikatu365 block presents a new model of urban living that combines apartment housing with a full-service community concept.

At the heart of the Kotikatu365 experience are the unique 500 m² shared facilities for residents, including a gym, guest room, remote workspaces, sauna area, meeting and event space, and a children’s playroom. Residents use the Kotikatu365 digital portal to book shared tools and facilities—such as bikes, saunas, or event spaces—and to participate in or create community events. A dedicated service coordinator maintains the facilities and supports the service ecosystem, being available on weekdays and on-site twice a week.

Located in Lipporanta, the Kotikatu365 block offers not just square metres to live in, but a more active, convenient, and socially rich urban lifestyle.

This site will be open for professional visits on Thursday 7 August and 14 August from 12:00 to 13:00. Advance registration is required—more details coming soon.

PAVE Studio

Opened in spring 2025 by the banks of the Oulujoki River in Nokkala, PAVE Studio is the new office of PAVE Architects, designed by the architects for themselves. The space brings together work, leisure, and wellbeing in an innovative way.

The studio is open for weekday visits and is reserved exclusively for professional groups. See the group visit page for further details.
