Also known as K21, this unique residential complex brings together privately owned apartments, communal assisted living, and 24-hour care under one roof. Transformed from a former sulphuric acid warehouse, this hybrid building combines care services, housing, and local amenities into a modern city block. Loft-style homes, industrial aesthetics, and shared rooftop gardens offer a new kind of urban living.

Designed by Oulu-based PAVE Architects, the project shows how history, architecture, and community can thrive together in a single structure.
