Tickets & Opening Hours

The Housing Fair will take place in Hartaanselänranta, Oulu, from July 18 to August 17, 2025.

Opening Hours

The event is open: Mon–Wed & Fri–Sun: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursdays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM On Thursday artist evenings, the area is open until 8:30 PM, with houses open until 8:00 PM.

Ticket Types and Prices

Tickets are sold online in advance for specific days. It is possible to change the visiting day 24 hours before.

A service fee of €1.50 + 0.65% of the order value is added per order, as well as a possible delivery fee depending on the delivery method.

All online admission tickets include:

- A login code for the Virtual Housing Fair (opens in summer) and the official Housing Fair mobile app - A local bus ticket for Oulu Regional Transport, valid for 24 hours from the first use. The ticket can be shown either as a printed version or on a mobile device. - A 12% discount on regional tickets for the KuninkuusravitAvautuu uuteen ikkunaan horse racing event

Adults

€35 | €37 at the main gate Includes digital reading rights to one Otavamedia magazine (in Finnish) of your choice: Suomen Kuvalehti, Tekniikan Maailma, Kotiliesi, Kippari tai Metsästys ja Kalastus.

VIP ticket

€110 | VIP tickets are only available online!

With a VIP ticket you can enter the Housing Fair on Thursday mornings as early as 9 am and you can spend the whole day in the area until the end of the artist evening! The fair gates open to the general public on Thursdays at 12 pm which means that with a VIP ticket you can spend extra 3 hours in the area. In addition to the entrance ticket, the VIP ticket also includes parking in the VIP parking area near the fair gate, official fair catalogues (in Finnish) in a Housing Fair tote bag and a lunch buffet.

€23 | €24 at the main gate (pensioners, unemployed, conscripts, people with disabilities, and students)

Youth (ages 12–17)

€16 | €17 at the main gate Children under 12 enter free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Buddy ticket (4 persons)

€128 | €135 at the main gate

Afternoon Special Ticket

€28 | €30 at the main gate Valid from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (not valid on Thursdays).
